    We would ask that parents take care when parking at the beginning and end of the school day.  Please do not park on the yellow or zig zag lines, by the garages or blocking driveways.  The car park at Our Lady Queen of All Creation church is available for everyone to use.  Thank you.

Welcome to St Albert’s

At St. Albert the Great Catholic Primary School, we work hard to promote the Catholic values and ethos; making everyone feel valued and part of our school family.  We are very proud of our Catholic nature and how this is reflected in the excellent attitude our children have towards their learning. Our Catholic ethos is enhanced by close links we have developed with the parish of Our Lady, Queen of all Creation Church.

Our school is situated in beautiful, spacious grounds which are often used to support and reinforce the children’s learning. Both the staff and children are very proud of our school and we work hard to celebrate children’s achievements. We are very fortunate that we have supportive parents and governors who are keen to support the work we do in school and we are keen to develop these partnerships further.

St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School adopts a number of strategies and activities in raising attainment and progression of disadvantaged children.  These include 1:1 tuition, peer to peer support and provision mapping for children eligible for free school meals.

This web site has been designed to give you a feel for our school. It is not a substitute for personal contact and visits are always welcome. Our teachers know that close relationships with parents help us to reach a better understanding of the children.
